Shipping Policy
How It Works
We understand how important your order is to you. We do our best to process orders on the next business day after they are received. We ship Monday – Friday.
Most packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We do utilize USPS First Class for smaller lightweight items if we can.
Be sure to check your email for shipping notifications. We want you to be informed.
*Note that USPS Priority Mail is 2-3 business days to most locations. This time starts once your order is packed & shipped & not from when the order was placed.
US orders only – all orders outside the United States must call the shop at (1-774-303-7734) to place orders and pay international shipping charges to that country.
Free Shipping on orders over $50.00 within the continental US. – We offer free shipping on all orders to addresses within the continuous 48 states, where the product total (not including taxes) comes to $50.00 or more and the order is packaged and shipped to a single delivery location.
Sorry but Free Shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii or anywhere outside the lower 48 US states.
*Remember that your shipping and packaging cost is just a bit more than the actual postage….we have to allow for packing paper, foam rubber, boxes and other packaging supplies. We do attempt to keep our costs as low as possible by re-cycling packing materials whenever possible and therefore pass the savings on to you.

Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for supporting our handmade, natural products! Because our products are made in small batches with natural ingredients, each item is unique and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the personal nature of skincare products and for sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged/missing item.
📷 Photos of the packaging and damaged product may be required to process your request.
Cancellations
We can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in processing or shipped.
Allergy Disclaimer
Our products contain natural oils, essential oils, and botanicals. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, please review the ingredient list before purchasing. We are not responsible for skin reactions or allergies.

Warranty Information

Limited Warranty
We guarantee that our products will arrive in good condition and as described. If a product is defective due to a manufacturing issue (such as improper curing, ingredient spoilage, or packaging failure), we will offer a replacement or refund within 14 days of delivery.
Please note:

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper storage (e.g., excessive heat, moisture), prolonged holding after delivery, or normal wear and tear.
